OUR VENDING MACHINES ARE PROVIDED WITH A FRESHNESS CONTROL SYSTEM

FREEZER / REFRIGERATOR VOLTAGE CONTROL

The device is equipped with a system powered by batteries, which measures the supply voltage of the freezer or refrigerator. In case of power failure, the monitoring system sends a notification to a service technician.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

In addition to voltage monitoring, the device monitors the temperature inside the freezer (or refrigerator). If the temperature of the top layer of products in the freezer rises above -18 o C (or +8 o C in the refrigerator), the sales are inhibited automatically and the monitoring system calls a service technician.

MONITORING OF COMPLETE DISPENSING PROCESS

The device is electronically protected against software freeze and improper product dispensation. The performance of the pneumatic gripper and the freezer cover opening system is monitored. The Pneo3 gripper is equipped with three vacuum pumps. Even if two of them fail, this does not cause problems with the proper dispensation of products. A battery system protects the product dispensation process in case of mains voltage failure. Any machine performance abnormalities are immediately reported by the monitoring system.
